Body Movement Breath Sound: working with the body to create original vocal sound
This evening class is an eight-week commitment. By the end of your personal exploration, you will feel more vital, connected and in tune with yourself, your rhythm, and your life.
The sound of your voice is part of your individual identity. We are born with a unique vocal resonance that moves with us throughout our lives, changing and adjusting as we go through life’s different stages.
In these weekly classes we will work with our body, connecting with our voice through listening within, mindfully bringing to life the vital expression of our own vocal uniqueness.
This exploration will:
- Replenish and revivify your body’s system
- Connect with your voice through body, breath, and movement
- Learn how to feel your way to attune to your unique sound
This is a class for those who wish to explore the beauty of the voice in a quiet safe space exploring and learning how to connect with your own individual unique soundscape.
